Over the past eleven years, we have consistently been successful at Global International College placing our student on degree courses in some of the best universities in the UK, USA, Canada and the rest of the world.
The sixth form is regarded as an essential transition between secondary and the university. Students are therefore encouraged to develop the habit independent study and enquiry.
The students enjoy their own designated study, social areas; classes are smaller, enabling a more intimate teaching style. Academic standards are high and all students are encouraged to achieve the highest grades possible.
Under the guidance of their personal tutors and career advisers, every assistance is given in choosing a career throughout the crucial process of selecting and applying to university.
Membership at the college does not end when a student completes his or her course of study. Everyone educated here has an opportunity to join the alumni association of the school and keep in touch with news and other old students.
In the sixth form, students choose one of the following routes:
A’level – Two academic years leading to admissions into UK, Nigerian universities.
International degree foundation – leading to admissions to UK universities.
USA Foundation Programme – Leading to Universities in the UK
Canadian Foundation Programme – Leading to Universities in Canada
