BRIEF ON BOARD OF GOVERNORS
CHAIRMAN: MR. SEYI WRIGHT- BANKING GURU AND FINANCIAL EXPERT
Seyi Wright is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Leadership & Vision Ltd, a foremost leadership development consulting firm. He has over 36 years working experience, a significant part of which was in the banking industry. He was until April 1997, the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Merchant Bank with responsibility for strategic direction, effective asset/ liability management, people development and sustained profitability of the Bank.
He has conducted over 500 capacity building programmes and several strategy sessions for companies in various industrial sectors of the economy. He has trained over forty five thousand (45,000) corporate executives.
He is a member of NITAD (Nigerian Institute of Training and Development) and Centre for Management Development (CMD). He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bluebird Communications Ltd, a Marketing Communication company, former member of the Board of Management of St. Saviours School, Ikoyi, member of the Board of Management of Retirement Investment Scheme of Finance and Commercial Services, amongst others.

MEMBER: MRS. ABOLAJI OSIME- LAWYER, EDUCATIONIST, SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR
Mrs Abolaji Osime is the CEO, Global International College and Secondary School She is a lawyer with a Master’s degree in Law from the London School of Economics, University of London, She is the CEO of Global International College, Nigeria’s Foremost Secondary & Sixth Form College. She has run and managed GIC in the last 14 years. Her students on successful completion of their course are guaranteed entry into a U.K, Canadian, US and Hungarian Universities.
She consulted for the Federal Ministry of Education, where she led the transformation task team for Education Economy and Competitiveness. She also led other ‘initiatives such as the Innovation and Vocational Enterprise Institutions and the establishment of city wide Career Centres.
She was also the Lagos State Team Leader for ESSPIN (Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria).
MEMBER: DR. ANTHONY ADEOLA –EDUCATIONIST, DIRECTOR OF STUDIES
Dr. Adeola graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he obtained B.Sc. Ed., Ife, M. A. (Educational Administration & Planning) and Ph. D. Educational Administration). Dr. Adeola has several years of experience as a teacher at various secondary schools and Lecturer at several universities both in Nigeria and abroad as well as teaching in a variety of schools, Dr. Adeola has done a lot of consultancy work, wrote several books and undertook research work with university of Botswana and Lesotho leading to a PHD in Education Administration. He is in charge of ensuring that the quality of teaching of the curriculum is very high and results in exams are consistently excellent whilst developing in every student self-discipline, responsibility, spiritual and moral values.
VICE – CHAIRMAN : MR. BABATUNDE KOLADE –ACCOUNTANT; CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AUDIT/DUE DILIGENCE EXPERT
Mr. Kolade’s experience as an accountant and an auditor spans several fields of human endeavor- banking, education, oil and gas. He has successfully prepared proposals for acquisitions; restructuring, corporate governance and other financial services. He is the owner XGEE consulting.
MEMBER: MRS. DUROJAIYE – PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL
Mrs Durojaiye is the principal partner of Think! Unlimited Consulting. She brings to the board, her experience in human capital and youth development, project management and business strategy.
SECRETARY: MRS. OYIN ABIBO – ADMINISTRATION
Mrs. Oyin Abibo holds an M.Sc degree. in Shipping and Finance from the City University London and has a wide range of experience at Chartered Bank. She is a Member of IAAPA (International Amusement Association)
She currently serves as the Director of Admin/human resources at Global International College for the past 6years
MEMBER: MRS. ROSA VERA CRUZ- HUMAN RELATIONS EXPERT
Mrs. Rosa Vera – Cruz is a director of British Education Consultants, a leading education consultancy firm specializing in recruitment, training and consultancy.
MEMBER : MRS. FAYO WILLIAMS – SAFETY ANALYST AND EXPERT.
Mrs. Willams is a Business Consultant, Pharmacist and a Quality Health and Safety Professional and a First Aid consultant. She is also the co – founder of Rely Supply which deals with supply of First Aid materials for companies and training.
